Who I AM.

8 years ago, I got into CrossFit as a high school goalkeeper just looking to up my fitness game. About a year into it I decided to compete in the 2015 CrossFit Open. The first workout 15.1A was a max clean and jerk, Entered into the 16-17 year old division I put up a 210LB lift to solidify the top spot in the globe. Once the open came to an end, the Director of USA Weightlifting at the time gave my gym a call, asking who I was and how they wanted to invite me out to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs for athlete development camps. In between then and now I have become a world class weightlifter with numerous accomplishments. Some of them being: 2018 Junior World Silver Medalist, 2018 Junior Pan American Champion, 2018 Best Female Junior Lifter of the Year, a Junior American Record Holder in the Snatch and Total and then most recently ranked 6th in the world at the 2021 IWF Senior World Championships in Uzbekistan. Taking this sport as far as I can go, while also coaching others to do the same, has been a childhood dream come true. My name is Juliana Riotto and this is my story.
